Terms of Use
Effective: October 27, 2026
Haly is provided by Mohamed Makled. Use of the App is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and applicable mandatory consumer law.
Not medical advice
Haly is a personal journal for your own records. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, does not recommend doses or schedules and does not assess symptoms. Amounts and schedules are entered by you. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist and contact a medical professional or emergency services if you have health concerns.
Reminders
Reminders are local iOS notifications. Focus modes, notification settings, low power, time changes or device state can delay or prevent them. Do not rely on Haly as your only way to remember a dose.
Free features and Haly Plus
Logging doses, weight, wellbeing and notes, the full history, one medication, export, backup and deletion of your data are free. Haly Plus adds reminders, the weight trend chart and several medications.
Haly Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, offered yearly and monthly. Where a free trial is shown, it applies once per Apple Account; your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Use Restore purchases with the same Apple Account to recover access. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
If Haly Plus ends, your records, schedules and data remain available; Plus features stop until you subscribe again.
