Your health records stay on your iPhone

Medications, doses, injection sites, weight, wellbeing entries and notes are stored only in the App’s local storage on your device. Haly has no account and no cloud sync. Haly does not send journal records to RevenueCat or Apple Ads in its purchase integration. If you choose to share an export, the recipients or services you choose may receive its contents.

If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, iOS may include Haly’s local data in that backup. Such backups are handled by Apple or by your computer under their own terms.

Reminders

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. Their text is neutral: the medication name and amount do not appear in the notification. You can turn notifications off at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Exports and backups you create

You can share a PDF summary, export your records as a CSV file or create a password-encrypted backup. PDF and CSV files can contain unencrypted personal information. These files are created when you request them, and you decide where they are saved or shared. CSV files are not encrypted. We cannot recover a backup password.

Purchases

Apple processes payments for Haly Plus. Haly uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, maintain the Haly Plus entitlement and restore purchases. RevenueCat processes a randomly generated App User ID, purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, purchase status and dates, and app, device and store metadata. No name, email, payment-card details or health records are supplied by Haly to RevenueCat. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.

Purchase records are retained as needed to provide and restore your subscription and to meet legal obligations. RevenueCat may process data outside your country under its published data-processing terms.

Apple Ads attribution

Haly enables RevenueCat to collect an Apple AdServices attribution token to help attribute installs and subscriptions to Apple Ads campaigns. Apple and RevenueCat process the token and related campaign attribution information; what is available depends on Apple’s settings and the service configuration.

Analytics and advertising

Haly does not display advertisements and does not include a separate analytics SDK. RevenueCat’s dashboard gives us aggregated purchase statistics. We do not sell your data.

Support and your choices

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it only to answer you. Please do not send health records unless they are needed to solve your issue. You can delete all of Haly’s local data in the App under Data & backup, or by deleting the App. You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data we or RevenueCat hold by contacting support; an anonymous RevenueCat identifier or App Store order reference may be needed to locate purchase records. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability and to complain to a data-protection authority.

Children

Haly is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for adults managing their own records.
